Ultra-fast non-cooled thermography
It is possible to measure at a maximum speed of 200Hz (200 times per second) without cooling.
To perform high-speed imaging with conventional thermography, a cooled thermography using quantum-type sensors is required, which costs over 10 million yen. However, with uncooled systems, high-speed imaging is difficult due to their operating principles, with a limit of 50 to 60 Hz. Nevertheless, thanks to a technology called Windowing, high-speed imaging of up to MAX 200 Hz (640x120 pixels) or MAX 100 Hz (640x240 pixels) has become possible (the actual rate depends on the PC). The Thermal View XA6150, which has a high resolution of 640x480 pixels in full frame and a high sensitivity with NETD of 0.05°C, offers 18 different applications to select necessary functions, making it a thermography system that can be considered the highest standard among uncooled systems.
